Valli Sharpe-Geisler, Educator/Technology Coordinator, has lived in the San Jose area for 43 years. Valli worked as a semiconductor process engineer for ten years and had her own electronics business for four years. Presently, she is a Computer Science instructor and Technology Coordinator for East Side Adult Education Program.

 There is an urgent need to represent the American People first, not partisan platforms, big business, special interests, lobbyists or foreign lobbies.

 STOP driving our companies out of the United States of America.

 We want Real change, not small change. Vote for Valli for U.S. Senate

Debt ...

 Caused by:
Government Spending and Trade Policy

 Losses:
Stagnation in standard of living of most Americans, massive job losses, increase in crime, loss of family values resulting from lost hope and opportunity.

 Gains:
Dow increased from the 800's to 5000's. Corporate America builds massive wealth and replaces thousands of American workers with low-pay, no-benefits workers in other countries.

 NAFTA:
350,000 jobs lost;
$30 billion debt increase in 1995;
$50 billion bailout "loan."

 GATT-WTO:
22,000 pages of managed tariff trade - starting with loss of U.S. sovereignty. Managed trade for special interests is NOT acceptable any longer.

 I BELIEVE:
Trade agreements must preserve U.S. sovereignty, create good jobs for Americans and NOT increase the debt.
